ReFeel started with a moment most parents will recognise. Not a dramatic crisis — just a Tuesday evening where Dominik looked at Shannon across the dinner table, both of them running on fumes after another relentless day, and thought: this can't be it. Two kids, full lives, everything they'd worked for — and neither of them felt capable of actually being present for any of it. Not broken. Not ill. Just completely, systematically drained. They refused to accept that this is just how it feels now.

Raising children is one of the most extraordinary things a person can do. It is also relentless — and nobody warns you that it depletes you at a biological level, not just an emotional one. The sleep deprivation, the sustained stress, the cognitive load that never fully switches off — it burns through the specific nutrients your brain and body need to function. Dominik spent months in the research, and what he found wasn't a case for a lifestyle overhaul or a 40-ingredient wellness stack. It was simpler: the right ingredients, at the right doses, in a format that actually fits into a life with children in it. This is how ReFeel was born.
